BEST BEGINNING IS LOCATED IN THE AKRON-CANTON AREA OF NORTHEAST OHIO. Wedding officiants, Dr James Frost and Margaret Frost, D.D. possess the qualifications to solemnize marriages. They combine skills as minister, counselor, nurse, and ceremony planner.

Contact  jfrost@nls.net  or call 330-903-4573  The Frosts live in Summit County, but they perform ceremonies throughout Northern Ohio

Jim and Margaret are licensed by the State of Ohio to solemnize marriages. It’s important to note that if one of us is unable to perform the wedding ceremony for some reason, the other is a worthy substitute

THE WEDDING OFFICIANT IS

THE PAGE TURNER and considering

this major role in a wedding, he

or she sometimes receives the least

thought as the couple compares the

personalities to be put in place for

the wedding day. This is especially

the case when the couple chooses

to marry in other than accustomed

 circumstances.

So let’s talk about the officiant or minister you select to conduct the ceremony that unites the two of you as husband and wife in holy matrimony. Choosing an officiant is a consideration of being comfortable with a person. In the preliminary meeting with the officiant, the couple should project how the person will look conducting the ceremony or what he or she will sound like. Is there a bit of humor and softness in his or her manner? Will the officiant be stiff and formal or will the person be engaging and gracious? Do you feel a kinship with this person in terms of values and beliefs? Are you comfortable with the ceremony he or she has sketched out?
